Knocked out tooth.

Immediate treatment is required for the best chance of saving a tooth that has been knocked out.

Find the tooth
Handle it gently by the crown, not the root
If the tooth is dirty, rinse it quickly with water or milk, but do not scrub it
If possible, put the tooth back into its socket, holding it in place with a wet gauze
Otherwise, keep the tooth moist in your mouth against your cheek, or store it in a glass of milk
Seek urgent dental treatment

Apply a cold compress to the outside of the cheek to reduce pain and swelling
